WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?


All Sovicious purchases have an extended 30-day return policy (some exceptions apply).


We design our clothes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you shop on Sovicious.com, or at a Sovicious pop up store, we give you 30 days to take your Sovicious purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. 


Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags remaining for store credit.


So go ahead, shop with confidence, and enjoy your 30-day trial.

Country-Specific Returns Information: Currently only accepting returns from the United States.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. 
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Sovicious item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Sovicious. 



FAQS 


How do I return a Sovicious store purchase? 

Currently Sovicious only has an online store. 


Do I need a receipt to return items at a Sovicious store?

For orders placed on Sovicious.com, there is no physical receipt but there is an order confirmation number. Provide the email address or phone number used to place the order. Guests will need to provide the order number (you can find it in any of the emails we sent about the order).


If you did not provide your Sovicious Membership information, and the items you want to return are unworn and unwashed, you still may be able to return them for an online credit for the current price of the items. We also may be able to help you with an exchange.


If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you online store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We also can help you exchange your gift.


No Hassle Returns

We want you to all to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (30 days). 

  • If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. 
  • For shipping that was not free, you may send it back with your own parcel or request a shipping label from us which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please return item in the same manner it was bought, ie Tags still affixed, un-used, original packaging.


Can I return items I purchased on clearance?

No, items purchased on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're defective or flawed. Item must be marked as "Clearance" Item in our store.


What about defective or flawed items?

We stand behind all of our gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply shoot us an email and we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the item for you. See our warranty information for additional details.


OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.


Why didn’t I get a receipt or return label with my order?

We are paperless and removed all paperwork from our shipments to help reduce our environmental impact. You can view your payment details or start a return on your orders page on Sovicious.com.


What if I can’t print my return shipping label?

Guests should work with their preferred carrier for options.


When will I get my refund?

Typically between 3 -7 business days.


Can I exchange my order?

Send an email  to set up the exchange. Exchanges are within 30 days of purchase date. While Supplies last. Exchanges shipping will be covered by Sovicious.


How do I return a gift I received?

Just note the order number and send your item to do an online-exchange or get in-store credit. You can also send an email to return your item and get a refund on a Sovicious gift card.


How do I return defective or flawed items?

If you have a potentially defective or flawed item and it’s been less than 30 days since the purchase, shoot us an email. After 30 days, we will not accept the return of used items. If unused, contact us to discuss the matter. Refer to our warranty information for more details.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased at a Clearance rate cannot be returned.
  • Some Sovicious products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties—please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.
